The NETservice has been specially developed for the high demands of customers in the machine tool industry. The main user advantages over previous remote sessions are especially in the multi-user conference, the maximum data security and the optional plug-and-play connection of the new SERVICEcamera from DMG MORI.

SERVICEcamera- Livestream for the NETservice

The connection of the optional SERVICEcamera enables the livestream from the machine directly to the DMG Mori hotline. The visual supplementation of known phone and online sessions with our DMG Mori service

IoTconnector – Full Connectivity

IoTconnector connects DMG MORI machines of older generations as well as third-party machines with CELOS
Standardized interfaces enable data exchange between the IoTconnector and CELOS APPs such as the NETservice
The integrated firewall with automatic updates ensures the highhest possible protection

Of course, stock machines have the possibility to retrofit the IoTconnector and thus also the NETservice.

Simple retrofitting of the IoTconnector with integrated magnetic mount, USB and Ethernet connection at any point around the machine.

The NETservice is available pre-installed on every IoTconnector and thus an integral part of the latest generation of DMG MORI machines. Customers with stock machines have the possibility to retrofit the IoTconnector by means of an integrated magnetic mount, USB and Ethernet connection at any point around the machine.

Monitoring- & Service Package

The NETservice and the IoTconnector are part of the Monitoring- & service Package of DMG Mori. The package also contains a further three products, which make it easy to start digitizing.
